GROUP TRAINING

Quality Coaching and Programming

PERSONAL TRAINING

Train with friends or make some new ones!
$79 - $104 P/W
  • This is our most popular service, and the best bang for your buck! Train with friends (or make some new ones) in a small group for 60 minutes, three times per week and get AMAZING results!
  • Capped at 8 per class for closer supervision and cueing
  •  Monthly 1 on 1 online check-ins with our Sports & Exercise Scientist and Sports Nutritionist
  • Your own workout area and set of equipment to ensure you get the most out of the program
  • 4 weekly structured strength and conditioning program
  • Learn and complete more advanced lifts

8 WEEK CHALLENGE

Join us 4 times per year in our popular 8 Week Challenge, no matter which membership you’re on you can easily pay a small fee to join in! We provide you with the resources required to change your health and fitness habits forever!  

Exercise Physiology

$60 - $150 per session

We can assist you with the management of chronic disease and acute/chronic injuries, athletic development, sports specific performance or body composition improvements with fully individualised programs. Session times can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes and tailored to your needs.

1 on 1-3 Personal Training

$50 - $150 per session

Do you have specific goals, are you training for something in particular? This type of training is the fastest way to achieve results, with fully individualised programming and greater nutrition accountability.

As a one on one client, times are flexible and our staff can work around your schedule. Session times can be 30,45 or 60 minutes and tailored to your needs.
