Ultimate Results Training is a private gym that has thrived by creating a fitness community. Our coaches have very diverse experiences and qualifications, and are willing to help any of our members achieve their goals!


  • Our training programs are flexible.  Formulated by university qualified exercise professionals to improve strength and fitness, while minimising injury risk. You can rest assured that you will be training with a well balanced and safe program, when training at URT.


  • Nutrition protocols to suit your needs. We have a variety of approaches we use, ranging from meal plans, to recipes that easily sub into meal plans, all the way to flexible dieting through our Sports Nutritionist. There’s an approach to suit everyone, since we know no two people are the same!


  • We cater to a variety of people, No matter what your fitness level is, our services are available to ensure everyone feels welcome and can work out at a pace and intensity that suits their specific needs.

Our semi-private personal training service offers individualised modifications to our incredible programs, written by Coach KG. You’ll receive expert guidance and support to achieve real results, no matter what your goal is!



Join our popular 8 Week Challenge, designed to transform your fitness and health. You’ll have access to expert support, body scans and performance testing to track your progress.

Fitness Passport members enjoy flexible access to a wide range of training sessions and resources. Our inclusive programs cover everything from strength training to wellness, helping you stay on track.

Our exercise physiology services help manage chronic conditions, rehabilitate injuries, and enhance athletic performance. Individualised programs ensure that your specific needs are addressed in each session.

Our flexible timetable offers over 30 group training sessions each week, ensuring you can find a time that fits your schedule. With additional open gym slots available, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to work out when it’s convenient for you.

Physiotherapy is designed to help you move better, recover faster and prevent injuries. Our physiotherapists combine proven techniques with personalised care to support your health and fitness journey.
